Parking

A limited number of visitor parking places is available north of the McCormick Theological Seminary building; please visit McCormick's front desk for a temporary parking permit before visiting the JKM Library. Some parking may be found at various locations and times on the campus of the University of Chicago. The University of Chicago website provides updated parking information for its facilities.

Public Transportation

Take the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) Red Line train or the Green Line train to Garfield. Transfer to the 55 bus (eastbound) and get off at University and East 55th Street; or, take the X55 bus, get off at Woodlawn and East 55th Street, and walk one block west to University. Most 55 and X55 buses also serve Midway Airport. For other public transportation information, please contact the Regional Transit Authority .

Additionally, the Omega Shuttle provides service between Midway and O'Hara airports and the Hyde Park neighborhood of Chicago, where the JKM Library is located.
