This form is available online or in person at the circulation desk. Submit the completed form to the JKM circulation desk. Borrowing privileges are extended to adjunct faculty the semester before they teach, the semester they are teaching, and for one month afterwards. Before visiting the University of Chicago or ACTS libraries, request an ACTS borrower card at the JKM circulation desk. An ACTS borrower card identifies you as being currently affiliated with LSTC or McCormick. |
