General Collections
The "Stacks" The general collections of the JKM Library, comprising approximately 480,000 items, includes the library collections of the several predecessor schools of both LSTC and McCormick Theological Seminary, together with portions of the defunct Jesuit School of Theology of Chicago. The circulating portion of the collection — identified as "stacks" in the online catalog — is shelved on the second and third floors of the library.
Educational Practices Resource Collection (EPRC) A small circulating collection of audio-visual and curricular materials is shelved in the Educational Practices Resource Collection (EPRC) on the second floor. Periodicals
The JKM Library currently subscribes to approximately 600 periodicals. Current and other unbound issues are on display in alphabetical order on the first floor of the library. Bound and microform copies are shelved in the general collections according to their call numbers. Current, bound, and microform periodicals do not circulate. Korean-language materials A small collection of Korean-language materials is shelved on the third floor after the "A's." For assistance in locating these materials, please ask a librarian.
