How do I check my JKM account?
You can check your JKM account online at any time. Click on About JKM on the top toolbar, and then click on the My Account link. Input your 14-digit JKM Library barcode (without spaces), and click on Login. Your account information will appear, listing the items charged to your JKM account, any materials considered overdue, the items you have asked to be retrieved from the stacks, and any blocks on your account.
If, after inputting your JKM Library barcode number, you receive the response, "Login failed. Please check your barcode and pin and try again." the problem may be:
- Your account has expired (accounts expire after a year)
- You have overdue materials charged to your account
- You have fines
- Your account information needs updating
